All orders ship within 7 business days.
Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify during the order process.
We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.
International Orders
All international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Returns
We stand behind every product we sell.
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days, as long as the product ihas not been used or damaged.
Contact us first for return authorization before you ship back the product.
To qualify for a return the product must be in its original condition: including box, packaging and all other accessories.
No refund will be made for damaged/used parts.
If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange.
If buyer places the wrong order, we accept exchange or refund money on item with 20% restocking fee and shipping cost is nonrefundable.
If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.
Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt.
Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy.
No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

International Orders – Duties and Taxes in Returns

Please note that duties and taxes paid at checkout are generally non-refundable in the case of customer-initiated returns (wrong order, change of mind, etc.).

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, damage on arrival), we will refund the full product price including duties and taxes.

If the return is customer-initiated, duties and taxes cannot be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Warranty
Danmoto warrants their products against defects arising out of failure due to material and/or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase regardless of actual “in service” date. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the item solely at the discretion of Danmoto. Such repair or replacement will be determined based solely on Danmoto’s Evaluation of the item’s intended and actual use.
Danmoto makes no representation or warranties with regard to damage caused by the improper installation, use and maintenance of the Danmoto exhaust system. The warranty is limited to defects recognized by our technical department and to normal use, and excludes items subject to normal wear (gaskets and damping wool). The guarantee is void in case of accident, modification, improper or competition use.
This warranty does not cover finishes such as plating or paint and their failure due to discoloration from heat or weathering or abuse. Nor does it cover any failure due to damage arising out of improper installation, crash damage competition use, or incompatibility with other components. In any event, Danmoto accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles or persons arising out of the use and/or abuse of a vehicle equipped with Danmoto components, nor will Danmoto accept liability for damage or injury to vehicles or persons arising out of the use and/or abuse of the product itself, whether direct or indirect, voluntary or involuntary. Any liability in case of failure or defect of any product purchased from or supplied by Danmoto is limited to the repair or replacement of the specific product solely at the discretion of Danmoto.
Danmoto will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred by the customer for the installation or removal of the Danmoto component or changes arising out of the collateral damage to the vehicle or persons while installing, removing, or using any item purchased from or supplied by Danmoto whether manufactured by Danmoto or not.
